ICON Recorder The Icon recorder is no bigger than an SR tape deck that is a common ³tripod buddy² to the digital 4:4:4 cameras, however the Icon brings instant playback, non linear access to images, data networking on set and a choice of Solid State or Disk storage modules. All of these features are unique in a product of this size and cost and represent unprecedented freedom when shooting with digital cameras. For the first time Steadycam DP¹s can have a digital recorder with them, cars, helicopters anywhere a camera can be fitted the Icon recorder can be a constant companion giving reliable recoding and instant playback on location. A durable on set/post production storage dock is available for fast and reliable transfers to ensure data integrity and maximize storage pack efficiency on set. The Icon is set to become the on set system of choice with Cinematographers and Digital Imaging Technicians as we begin to roll the little black box out around the globe.
